The short answer

Check the daily cap against the audience that needs the message that day. A monthly sending allowance or a large contact-storage limit cannot answer that question. This is especially important for deadline reminders and announcements whose usefulness depends on arriving together.

Write the schedule before comparing plans

As a hypothetical example, imagine a launch message for 600 recipients that must go out on Tuesday. A plan permitting 300 sends a day cannot cover that requirement in one day, even if the account has plenty of room to store the contacts. Splitting the campaign over two days changes the schedule; it is not an equivalent solution unless that delay is acceptable.

The reviewed Brevo Free documentation describes a daily cap and says unused daily capacity does not carry over. The profile retains that restriction separately from contact storage. Check the current observation and source date before using the numbers in your own plan.

Leave room for other messages

A campaign is not necessarily the account's only sending activity. Include welcome messages, follow-ups and other automations in the schedule where they share the applicable allowance. Confirm how the vendor counts them rather than assuming an unused-looking newsletter dashboard tells the whole story.

For a monthly allowance, repeat the exercise over the billing period. A sender can satisfy a daily requirement but exhaust the month, or have ample monthly capacity while failing a daily constraint. Those are separate checks.

Interpret an unverified calculator result correctly

VendorClue's monthly scenario does not establish a daily sending pattern. When a daily cap matters, an unverified result tells you that the supplied inputs cannot prove fit. It should not be read as a claim that the plan is free of restrictions or that the product definitely cannot meet your needs.

Compare an appropriate paid tier, change the schedule if it suits the readers, or obtain a documented allowance that covers the requirement. Keep the same audience, date and other messages in each alternative. Choose based on the communication you need to deliver, not on the largest theoretical monthly number you can derive from a daily limit.
