General support covers trouble using a public page, tool or email preference. Include the page URL, a short description and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential supplier data.
Corrections should identify the precise claim, scenario or source that appears wrong and provide dated supporting evidence. Commercial programme proposals must be identified as commercial correspondence and do not guarantee coverage or a favourable result.
Privacy requests should state the relevant email address or correspondence and the right you wish to exercise. See Data rights & deletion before sending additional identifying information. Legal notices should identify the issue and enough context to assess it; do not post sensitive documents publicly.
