What Visualping does

Visualping watches web pages you choose and alerts you when they change. Every plan includes visual, text and element change detection, an AI summary of each change and a flag that marks whether the change looks important. It suits a team that already knows which pages matter, such as a competitor's pricing page, a regulator's notices or a product listing. It does not research a market or explain why a competitor made a change.

How the plans are counted

Each plan sets three separate limits: the number of pages you can monitor, the checks included in a month and the shortest interval you can select. A check is one visit to one page. Personal 1K allows 10 pages, 1,000 checks a month and a shortest interval of 15 minutes.

Those limits do not combine freely. Checking all 10 pages every 15 minutes would use about 28,800 checks in a 30-day month (10 pages × 4 per hour × 24 hours × 30 days). With 1,000 checks, Personal 1K covers about three checks per page per day across all 10 pages, or a few pages at a faster rate. When the checks run out, monitoring pauses until the allowance resets, and unused checks do not roll over.

What you pay

Paid plans are billed month to month or annually. Personal 1K costs USD 14 a month, or USD 120 a year, which the plan table shows as USD 10 a month. Business plans start at Business 20K: USD 140 a month or USD 1,200 a year for 20,000 checks, 200 pages and five users. A Business subscription must total at least USD 1,200 a year or USD 140 a month.

Each Business workspace has its own plan and cost, and extra users cost USD 60 a year each. The plan table does not state taxes. If you cancel an annual plan early, unused months are refunded without the annual discount.

Features that depend on the plan

Email alerts, webhooks, the REST API, the MCP server, Telegram and n8n are available on every plan, including Free. SMS alerts start at Personal 5K. Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Sheets require a Business plan. API calls use the same monthly check allowance. Change history is kept for three months by default; Business accounts can extend it to one year.

What the documentation leaves open

The billing FAQ mentions "one Business 5k workspace for $300 per year", but the plan table lists no Business 5K plan, and USD 300 a year is the Personal 5K price. Ask which plan a quote refers to. Page add-ons and advanced support packages have no published price, and Solutions plans are quoted per deal.

When to compare alternatives

Before you buy

List the pages, how often each must be checked and who needs the alerts. Multiply pages by checks per day and by 30 to estimate monthly checks, then choose a plan whose check allowance, page limit and shortest interval all fit. The free plan, with five pages and 150 checks a month at most hourly, is enough to test alert quality on a few real pages before you pay.
