Document version 1.0. Reviewed 2026-10-05. Effective 2026-10-05. Native CMS revision and publication history are retained separately for this document.

Every factual claim should have a source appropriate to the claim. Prices need a market, currency, billing period, tax basis and check date. Feature availability must distinguish supplier documentation from actual testing. Unsupported ratings, test counts, certifications and endorsements are not editorial evidence. Documentation analysis, a calculated result, a performed test and a synthetic/demo example are separate evidence classes.

Writers separate facts, assumptions and judgement. Missing information remains visible. An empty catalogue or an unavailable price is not filled with a fictional supplier or a zero charge. A source retrieval timestamp does not necessarily show when an offer changed.

CMS drafts, review and owner approval precede publication. The public site reads the approved published version; editing a draft does not silently replace it. Changes to evidence can mark dependent content for review. Corrections should explain a material change rather than conceal it.

AI can assist with drafting and editing only within the reviewed workflow. It cannot independently approve or publish a claim. AI assisted preparation of these policies; each published document was reviewed against the implementation and provider sources before native CMS approval. Paid AI jobs in the application are disabled. A Humanizer/style pass edits wording; it does not verify facts. Structured prices and calculator arithmetic come from the canonical data and code.

Authors and editors must be real and authorized to be named. VendorClue does not invent expert biographies, review panels or hands-on experience. Commercial relationships do not substitute for evidence and must be disclosed.
