VendorClue has no reader account dashboard. A request should identify the email address or correspondence concerned and describe the action requested. Do not send identity documents by default. The operator may ask for proportionate additional information when necessary to verify the request and protect someone else’s data.
Where the relevant law applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. These rights have conditions and exceptions. A request can be refused only on an applicable ground, which should be explained along with available complaint routes.
For GDPR requests, the normal response period is one month from receipt. A permitted extension must be explained within that initial period. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the authority where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. The operator is established in Poland; the Polish authority is the President of UODO (https://uodo.gov.pl/).
Unsubscribe switches off email preferences; it does not automatically delete contact, delivery, consent or suppression records. A minimal suppression record may be needed to honor an objection and prevent accidental re-mailing. Retention policy v1 limits minimal withdrawal and suppression evidence to a 3-year operational target after withdrawal, subject to minimization, applicable obligations and documented holds. Automatic cleanup is not enabled.
Deletion handling must consider D1 contacts, preferences, tokens, delivery records, linked events, correspondence and any relevant backups. Provider-held data may require a separate request to that provider. Data retained for an applicable legal obligation or claim should be limited and its reason explained.
No automatic deletion job is currently enabled. The operator reviews the record inventory before a bounded deletion or export. A live request must not be answered with an unverified claim that all provider logs and backups were immediately erased.
Clearing vendorclue.saved.v1 or site data in your browser removes the locally saved shortlist. Browser consent choices and optional email topic choices are separate. Use Contact & corrections for the monitored privacy channel: privacy@magoflow.com.
