Document version 1.0. Reviewed 2026-10-05. Effective 2026-10-05. Native CMS revision and publication history are retained separately for this document.
Include the page URL, the exact statement or result, what appears wrong and a dated source supporting the correction. For calculator reports include the selected scenario and expected charge where known. Do not include account credentials or private customer records.
An editor checks the report against the cited source and the published revision. Supplier disagreement or commercial pressure alone does not establish an error. Where evidence remains disputed, the uncertainty should be stated rather than resolved by inventing a fact.
A material correction should identify what changed and why. CMS versions and editorial audit records preserve the review history. If a claim cannot be supported, the owner can withdraw it or mark it for review while the evidence is checked.
Reports concerning privacy or personal data follow Data rights & deletion. A request to remove criticism is not automatically a data-erasure entitlement. The handling of a report should separate factual correction, legal concerns and commercial requests.
Send factual reports to support@magoflow.com. The operator monitors this channel and is responsible for editorial review. No fixed editorial response time is promised. Applicable statutory response deadlines remain separate.
